Account Creation, Security & Identity Verification
Account Creation Requirements
To create an account on pin up, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Each individual may operate one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts will be terminated.

Security & Password
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Payment, Transaction & Financial Terms
Deposit Terms
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Funds must come from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Pin up reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of Terms & Conditions
- Providing false information
- Confirmed fraudulent activity
- Operating multiple accounts
- Misuse of the bonus system
Users may also request account closure at any time. If a valid balance remains at the time of closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, the balance may be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
The pin up platform is provided on an "as is" basis. pin up is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors, server issues, or internet outages. Game outcomes are algorithm-based, and pin up makes no guarantees regarding results.
The user acknowledges that online gaming and betting carry financial risk. pin up does not guarantee any winnings. Maximum liability for any single incident is limited to the user's account balance at that point in time.
